Know before you go

If you selected hotel pickup, please wait in the lobby or main entrance of your accommodation our guide will pick you up from there. If you are meeting at a designated spot, please go to: Kyoto Station – Central Exit (Karasuma Gate), in front of the Kyoto Tower entrance. Osaka Station ー Central Exit or Shin Osaka Station in front of bullet train exit. Please note: If you’re unsure of your pickup location, please contact us at least 24 hours before your tour for confirmation. Travelers staying outside the central Kyoto/Osaka area should meet directly at the Kyoto/Osaka Station meeting point.
